Stud Schlenderhan

The Schlenderhan stud farm was partially relocated to make way for the Rhenish lignite mining operations. Under the direction of Baroness Karin von Ullmann, a center for thoroughbred breeding was established, which was able to build on its post-war glory days and became one of the most prestigious addresses in international thoroughbred breeding.
