Completion of Project 'Gut Schwalmbruch'

EQUESTRIAN PROJECT COMPLETED - The Schwalmbruch estate near Mönchengladbach has undergone a state-of-the-art renovation and is now operational. The project included two indoor riding arenas measuring 20x40 meters and 20x60 meters, with stables for a total of 30 stalls. The apartment building for staff accommodation and a common room were redesigned to reflect contemporary design. The outdoor facilities included a new 20x60 meter dressage arena and a new 50x65 meter show jumping arena. The access and exit infrastructure, as well as all paddocks, manure storages, and parking areas, were sensibly adapted to the buildings.
